LEVEL DEFINITIONS

1. Quince Crown - $4,000: Benefits Include a 10x20 exhibit space* in the front of the room for the Expo, full page ad in Quince Scene Magazine, listing in Quince Scene directory, leaderboard ad on QuinceScene.com, logo on fashion show stage skirt, logo ad on QuinceScene.com, logo on event signage, social media ad 1 per month on all platforms
2. Quince Court - $2,000: Benefits Include a 10x10 exhibit space* in the front of the room for the Expo, half page ad in Quince Scene Magazine, listing in Quince Scene directory, leaderboard ad on QuinceScene.com, 1 social media ad per month leading up to event
3. Padrino Sponsor - $1,000: Benefits Include a 10x10 exhibit space* at the Expo, business card ad in Quince Scene Magazine, listing in Quince Scene Directory, logo ad on QuinceScene.com
4. Exhibit Booth - $500: Benefits Include a 10x10 exhibit space* at the Expo

   *Exhibit space includes 8’ black back drape, 3’ black side divider, and a 6’ table.

Exhibit Space Agreement

1. Exhibit Specifications: The standard exhibit space will be a 8’ black back drape, 3’ black side divider, and a 6’ table. Spaces will be assigned on a first pay first reserve basis. Booths can NOT be selected until we receive BOTH a signed contract and full payment. Space rental is $500, or complimentary if included in your sponsorship selection. REASSIGNMENT OR SUBLETTING OF SPACE IS NOT PERMITTED. Refunds will not be granted after August 1, 2024. Cancellations prior to August 1st must be in writing and will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
2. Booth Description and Regulations: A standard exhibit space will include one 6’ skirted table and 2 chairs. Items can be placed along the sides or on tables as long as they do not obstruct a view of the adjacent booth. Show management will determine if a display is within regulations.
3. Setting Up & Claiming Booth Space: Exhibitors may begin installing booths Saturday, September 21, 2024 beginning at 1:00 p.m. You may add finishing touches to your booth Sunday, September 22, 2024. All exhibits must be complete by 11:30 a.m. on September 22, 2024. Any exhibit space not claimed or occupied by 11:30 a.m. on September 22nd may be reassigned at the discretion of show management. Zachry Publications, dba Abilene Quince Scene, reserves the right to reassign or realign booth space as required for the benefit of all exhibitors present WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE EXHIBITOR.
4. Dismantling of Displays: Exhibitors are discouraged from dismantling exhibits or packing until after 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 22, 2024. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to provide for return shipment of exhibit material.
5. Eligible Exhibits:Zachry Publications, dba Abilene Quince Scene, reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company, product, promotion, or part thereof that in its opinion is not in keeping with the character and purpose of this seminar.
6. Electronic Equipment and other Traffic Drivers: The use of electronic equipment and other special effects equipment used as part of a display or as a traffic driver should not obstruct or otherwise interfere with adjacent booths or other events conducted by Zachry Publications.
7. Signs & Marketing: Signs and displays, other than those located at the exhibitor’s booth, are prohibited except for those provided by Zachry Publications. All signs not sponsored by Zachry Publications will be removed.
8. Security: Zachry Publications will not provide security inside the exhibit area during non-show hours. Zachry Publications and the Abilene Civic Center do not assume responsibility for items left in booths. Although doors to the exhibit area will be locked during non-exhibit hours, exhibitors are strongly encouraged to remove valuable equipment from the exhibit area nightly.
9. Indemnification: The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damage or claims arising out of exhibitor's activities on the premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the convention center, it's owner and it's management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.
